There's
a lot more to
Precision Disc than just discs - did you know
we're also a
commercial print shop? With so much
importance being put on the packaging products that
go along with our discs, applying ourselves to the
more traditional print market was an obvious and
natural progression for us! We print posters,
stickers, flyers, postcards, brochures, business
cards and much more!
We also
provide variable print services, which is a
form of on-demand printing where elements within the
graphic design can change without interrupting the
printing process. Variable Printing is an extension
of digital printing technology which integrates a
computer database with the printer via specialized
software.

For
example, with variable print you can produce
postcards that all have the same basic layout but
each postcard gets printed with a unique name and
address to be mailed to. The unique name and address
information is automatically taken from a separate
computer database and is aligned to print in a
pre-determined location by the variable print
software. The static design and the variable
print elements then get process and printed on
the same pass. As you can imagine, combining these
tasks cuts down on time, effort and cost.
Variable
print is most commonly used for direct-mail
advertising and marketing efforts, customer
relationship management (CRM), brochures, sales
sheets, etc. Please
