Giveaway for Alberta Music (AMIA)!

the Alberta Music Industry Association (AMIA),
Precision Disc's "CDwest.ca"
brand is pleased to announce a CD Digipak Prize
Giveaway to AMIA members in good standing.
The prize package has a retail value
of approximately $1,200.00 and consists of the
following:

300 CD Digipak
Professionally replicated CDs with full colour
print.
CS1000 style CD digipak, clear or black tray, full
colour CMYK (4/0).
All set-ups, assembly, pre-press, barcode and wrap
included.

100 Posters
11 x 17 posters, printed CMYK (4/0).

200 Stickers
3 x 3 posters, square corners.
Printed CMYK (4/0).
Not for outdoor use.
Prize-Giveaway Terms

Free Shipping to
any 'regular service' courier destination in
Alberta. Single destination only. For off-line or
extra-charge destinations a fee may apply to cover
the extra charge.

Terms of
Participation - the prize is open to Alberta Music
Industry Association members in good standing.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.

Entries close June
30, 2010 at 5:00pm (Mountain Time Zone). The
winner will be drawn on July 1, 2010 and
personally notified by CDwest.ca

It's the
participant's responsibility to supply their music
and artwork assets to our specifications and
requirements as published on our website.

The prize is
offered as-is and is not subject to substitutions,
modifications or cash equivalencies, and is not
transferable to another individual or entity.

Any applicable
licensing is the responsibility of the
participant. If licensing is required, proof of
licensing must be provided before production will
commence.

The prize package
would be produced on a standard time-line - no
'rush' requests. Production assets must be
delivered to CDwest.ca within the current calendar
year.

All elements of the
prize package must be redeemed at the same time.
