Deadline
or "RUSH"?:
Do you have a deadline date or
"RUSH" when you
absolutely *must* have your order in your
hands? If so, we need to know about it as
soon as possible. "RUSH" orders
must be approved in advance - please contact
us.
Cut-Off
Time: Orders received before 12:00 noon
(Pacific Standard Time) on any regular
business day will be placed in Order
Processing that same day. Orders received
after the noon cut-off deadline will be
placed in Order Processing on the next
regular business day.
Order
Timeline: Your quotation should include
an estimate on how many business days it
will take to produce your order. The
estimated ready-by-date is calculated from
the date you approve your artwork proofs
(approval cut-off deadline is before 10:00am
Pacific Standard Time on any regular
business day). The approval date is
"Day Zero" of the timeline and you
count forward from there to determine when
the order should be complete.

be found on our disc

•
Item 4: Artwork Files Artwork
issues are the #1 reason for delays and
potential extra charges throughout the
CD/DVD manufacturing industry. Your
artwork files must be supplied to us in
'final form' - this means that you have
supplied your designs on Precision Disc design
templates and that your designs conform to
our artwork
specifications. Important:
If your order is a "RUSH" it is
critical that your artwork is supplied to
specifications. Any delays will jeopardize
your delivery date. If your order is a
"RUSH" your electronic proofs must
be approved no later than ONE business day
after we have sent them. Requirement for
modifications or changes after receipt of
proofs will jeopardize your delivery date.
