As noted in our Standard Terms Of Business and Limited Warranty & Claims Policy Precision Disc Manufacturing Corp. warrants that our products will be free from manufacturing defects or the defective products will be repaired or replaced as per the definitions and guidelines noted.

It's important that your claim is as detailed as possible. Please answer any of the following questions that are applicable to your specific claim.

If there is a problem with the data/content on the DISC: Please explain the problem in detail. Is there one instance of a problem on the disc, or are there multiple problems on the disc? If possible please indicate where the problem(s) occur within the content. How many discs have you checked, and how many of those discs also had the problem? Have you tried the failed disc(s) on more than one play-back device, and was there any change in the result? If there is a problem with the quality of the PRINT (disc or packaging): Please explain the problem in detail. Did you approve hard-copy printed proofs, or did you approve an electronic proof (eg: .pdf proof)? How many units have you checked, and how many of those units also had the problem? Can you scan and e-mail us an example of the problem? If there is a problem with the PACKAGING: Please explain the problem in detail. How many units have you checked, and how many of those units also had the problem? Can you e-mail us a scan or photo of the problem you found? If there is a problem with goods being damaged during SHIPPING: Please explain the problem in detail. How many boxes did you receive and, of those, how many contained damaged product? Where the boxes themselves noticeably damaged? If so, how many? Can you e-mail photos of the condition of the boxes you received, and also photos of the damage to the products contained within?
